Access was required to the cantilevered sign and facade for replacement over the highway road, GM pre-installed Safety netting prior to installation of scaffold to eliminate risk of any scaffold tools/components falling. GM cantilevered out and mushroomed the scaffold to gain access to every facade face for facade upgrades
